ST Cover 4

This picture was originally a cover of the Sunday Times Magazine. It was to promote the film ‘The Boy Friend’ starring Twiggy and directed by that lunatic Ken Russell. I’d lost the original transparency for the sitting, so I had to reconstruct from the actual cover which had become yellowed and ‘dog eared’ over the last 30 odd years. In fact, I didn’t even have a copy of the magazine but fortunately a friend, Stewart Grimshaw, had retained a copy which he kindly lent me. Oh God, I don’t think I’ve returned it!
